Keep Rollin', Rollin', Rollin'

I asked a friend tonight if he was going to go jogging tonight. He said he was going to skip tonight because he's going to go biking with a friend. So I thought....yeah I should get a bike also to go with this get fit thing I'm doing. So I went to Wally World and found a mountain bike for $69. Nothing fancy and it should do just fine. I know how to fix anything I need or replace parts if needed. So maybe this weekend I'll take Caden to t he West Orange Trail to ride for a few hours.

These new Nike's were made for walkin'.

Soooo I started the Couch to 5K, or C25K, program today. I really need to get in shape. Mostly for my health and I just want to feel better.
As a geek I looked around at gadgets and found the Nike+ attachment for the iPod Nano. No Nano, so I bought one. Now I can track my walks/run, upload them to the Nike+ site and track my progress.
Anyway, back to the program. So I found a podcast for the 9 week C25K and thought I'd try it out. I've been walking for a week and a half, but I tried the podcast for the first time tonight. I haven't found any others, or even bothered to look but I liked this one by Robert Ullrey. Five minute warm up, 90 second run, 60 walk, repeat seven more times. It's 30 minutes long. I liked it and I'm going to stick with it.
